The SF Gradius Blade is built from grade 2 English willow and cut with a modern, elongated profile — a long middle swell that runs into a flat toe for a deep, forgiving sweet spot and quick pick-up through the crease. Edges run 36-40mm deep off a 65mm spine, giving the blade genuine mass where it counts without feeling bat-heavy in hand.

A full cane handle is fitted for control and shock absorption, and the blade is finished with SF's signature large-edge shaping aimed at advanced, attacking batters who want to clear the rope with minimal fuss. This is one of SF's higher-spec models, positioned just below their flagship English willow bats.

Weight sits around 1.15kg in Short Handle, and the bat arrives with a protective cover. Like all premium English willow bats it will need a proper knock-in — around 6-8 hours of graduated mallet work plus a few throw-down sessions — before it's ready to face a new ball.
